I usually wake up at 5AM when I go to work, and the past few days I’ve been doing that too. It’s nice to have quiet mornings before my toddle starts running around and screaming.
Yesterday I did end up working out during my son’s nap. I did 30 minutes of The Biggest Loser Boot Camp. So I did an hour of exercise yesterday (adding my 30 min yoga workout from the morning).
I woke up feeling great! I’m so ready to start the day.
This mornings Body By Vi Shake was simple yet delicious.
8 ounces of Coconut water
2 ounces of soy milk
2 scoops of Body By Vi shake mix
